AB  - This paper provides an overview development and the real estate cadastre maintenance in the Republic of Serbia. The State has recognized that an effective national property rights system is prerequisite for economic growth and broadening economic prosperity through the land and housing development, wise stewardship of national resources, increased use of property, increased property tax collection and efficient land markets. The State and International Development Association concluded the Development Credit for the Real Estate Cadastre and Registration Project in Serbia signing it in 2004. This paper also provides an overview of the existing records of real estates. It points out the advantages of the Real Estate Cadastre as the unified records of real estates and presents the current situation in the creation of the Real Estate Cadastre in Serbia.

AB  - In the world, as well as us, all the greater use of GPS technology, there is a justified need for the determination of transformation models between existing and new reference system. The paper presents a GPS reference basis of Serbia and some countries of the former member of the SFRY and current activities regarding matching the national referece frame to ETRS (Europen Terrestrial Reference System).

AB  - Zlatni presek (racio) predstavlja odnos između strane pravilnog pentagona i njegove dijagonale, a takođe se dovodi u vezu sa susednim članovima Fibonacijevog niza. Istraživaem i upoređivanjem metričkih parametara konkavnih bikupola druge vrste, uočeni su odnosi koji se poklapaju sa proporcijom zlatnog preseka. Dati odnosi svedoče o skladnim proporcijama veličina konkavnih kupola II vrste i doprinose mogućnosti primene ovih tela kao novih geometrijskih formi u arhitektonskoj praksi i dizajnu.
AB  - The golden section (golden ratio) represents the relationship between the side of a regular pentagon and its diagonal, and is also related to the adjacent members of the Fibonacci sequence. By researching and comparing the metric parameters of concave bicupolae of the second sort, we notice relationships that match the proportion of the golden section. The given relations testify to the harmonious proportions of the measures of concave cupolae of the II sort and contribute to the possibility of application of these solids as new geometric forms in architectural practice and design.
