The Extension of IFC For Supporting 3D Cadastre LADM Geometry

AB  - The growth of densely populated urban areas has caused traditional cadastral registration systems to face many difficulties in representing complex and multilevel property situations on 2D maps. These challenges, combined with the rapid development of 3D technologies, have forced the research and progress of 3D cadastre systems. The aim of this study is to investigate how a Building Information Model (BIM) can be used as a data source for the Land Administration Domain Model (LADM) based 3D cadastre system, and how that process can be improved. The Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) format and the LADM-based model were selected because both are international open standards that have a significant impact in their own domain. The data sample for the 3D cadastre system was extracted from a BIM model. The paper proposes an IFC format extension which makes it possible to define 3D geometry according to the LADM standard. In order to demonstrate this extension, the West 65 residential and business complex, Belgrade, was selected as a case study. The IFC format extension presented here is a step towards data harmonization between BIM in the IFC format and 3D cadastre systems; it should provide more suitable data in the current IFC schema and enable easy data flow between BIM projects and 3D cadastral data.

Allocation and Selection of equipment for concrete works using Fuzzy Linear Programming

AB  - The aim of this research is focused on the problem of allocation and selection of the construction equipment when construction firms bid for construction projects. The main objective of the selection of construction equipment is to ensure the timely completion of all considered projects, while at the same time the planned budget is fulfilled. In this paper fuzzy linear programming is applied with the fuzzy objective function and fuzzy constrains. The proposed mathematical model is applied for optimal selection and allocation of equipment for five projects with different quantities of concrete works and general budget.

AB  - Cilj ovog istraživanja je fokusiran na problem alokacije i selekcije građevinske mehanizacije sa
kojim se građevinske firme suočavaju prilikom konkurisanja za građevinske projekte. Primarni
cilj u izboru građevinske mehanizacije jeste osiguranje završetak svih razmatranih projekta u
predviđenom roku, uz poštovanje predviđenog budžeta. Uzimanjem u obzir 5 različitih projekata
sa različitim količinama betonskih radova i previđeni budžet, za pronalazak optimalnog rešenja
ovog problema primenjeno je fuzzy linearno programiranje u slučaju rasplinutosti same
kriterijumske funkcije i koeficijenata uz ograničenja.

AB  - Izbor krana na velikim investicionim projektima predstavlja rizičnu aktivnost za postizanje osnovnih 
ciljeva projeka. Kao posledica lošeg izbora krana mogu se javiti kašnjenja zbog loše organizacije, kao i prekoračenje budžeta. Ustaljena peraksa je da se izbor krana vrši na osnovu najvećeg tereta koji se podiže i najvećeg radijusa dejstva krana, iako je to često predmet kritike istraživača, kao i lica koja se time bave u praksi. Problem izbora krana treba posmatrati kao problem višekriterijumske optimizacije. U ovom radu za izbor  krana na velikim građevinskim projektima korišćena je AHP metoda. Predloženi model primenjen je na studiji slučaja izgradnje industrijskog objekta i dati su rezultati sa diskusijom.

AB  - У овоме раду је разматран вишекритеријумски избор конструкцијског система. Прво је објашњен Аналитички хирархијски процес (АХП), који је предложио Саати, за вишекритеријумско доношење одлука (МКДО)  са прописаним алтернативама и критеријумима. У раду је предложен поступак за трансформацију матрице одлучивања, која је карактеристична за ТОПСИС, ВИКОР и друге вишекритеријумске методе, у матрицу компарације АХП методе. Према описаној процедури развијен  је одговарајући рачунарски програм. У раду је приказана студија случаја која се односи на избор најприхватљивијег конструкцијског система за једну индустријску халу саразличитим типовима конструкције као алтернативама и задатим критеријумима.
AB  - The multi criteria choice of a structural system is considered in this paper. The AHP method, proposed and developed by Saaty, for multi criteria decision making (MCDM) with possible alternatives and prescribed criteria is elaborated firstly. One procedure for the transformation of the decision matrix, that is characteristic for the TOPSIS, VICOR and other methods of MCDM to the comparison matrix of AHP method is proposed in the paper. According to the described procedure, is developed corresponding computer program. One case study related to the most acceptable choice of the structural system, for one industrial hall with different types of structure as alternatives and with given criteria,  is presented.

AB  - U ovome radu se prikazano određivanja faktora graničnog opterećenja loma dvopojasnih nosača od betona i čelika pomoću fuzzy linearnog programiranja sa nepreciznim ulaznim podacima.. Problem je analiziran za eksperimentalne faze opterećenja po teoriji plastičnosti. Za različite mere fuzzifikacije ulaznih podataka određene su sile i faktor loma u karakterističnim presecima  za statičko stanje granične ravnoteže. Nađena je dobra saglasnost eksperimentalnih i teorijskih rezultata.
AB  - In this paper is presented a procedure for determination of the limit load factor of two-chord systems from concrete and steel  by fuzzy linear programming with imprecise data. The problem has been analysed for experimental phases of loading according to the theory of plasticity. For different measures of fuzzification of input data are determined internal  cross section forces and limit load factor of failure with a good agreement between experimental and theoretical data.

U građevinskoj praksi ovakav model ekonomske optimizacije se često naziva i uži izbor građevinske mehanizacije. Kako se prava vrednost ovakvog modela ogleda u njegovoj primeni na konkretnim građevinskim projektima, u okviru ovog rada isti je razvijen na konkretnom primeru iz prakse, a koji podrazumeva da se radovi realizuju u okviru projekta izgradnje stambeno-poslovnog kompleksa površine P=30.000,0 m2 u planiranom trajanju od τ=45 dana. Optimizacija je izvršena tako da tehnološki proces teče fluidno, bez značajnih zastoja, odnosno na način koji obezbeđuje maksimalnu uposlenost građevinske mehanizacije uz adekvatno zadovoljenje ekonomskih parametara produktivnosti i ekonomičnosti. Nakon razmatranja više potencijalnih kombinacija kao optimalana izabrana je kombinacija broj 3, odnosno dva dozera, četiri utovarivača i deset kamiona kipera. Pri ovakvom izboru jedinična cena radova iznosi 34,02 €/m3, dok je praktični učinak 203,25 m3/h. Ukupna cena svih radova je 3.061.800,00 €, a ukupno trajanje iskopa iznosi 44,3 dana.
AB  - The aim of this research is determination of an economical optimization model for earthmoving equipment selection using linear programming approach. In construction practice model along these lines is often called shortlist of construction equipment. Bearing in mind that actual practical value of the following model is in its application on particular construction projects, in this paper aforementioned model is developed and proved on the practical example, which implies that works are being done within construction project of the residential-commercial building complex with total area of P=30.000,0 m2 during the period of τ=45 days. Optimization has been done in a manner which guarantees that technological process flows fluently, without significant congestions, or in other words, in a way that ensures employment maximization of the construction equipment, while in the same time economical and productivity parameters are adequately fulfilled. After considering several potential combinations, a combination No. 3 have been selected as optimal one i.e. two bulldozers, four loaders and ten dump trucks. AB  - Cilj ovog istraživanja je izbor i alokacija mehanizacije na građevinskim projektima. Sa ovim problemom često se susreću građevinske firme u praksi kada konkurišu za velike građevinske projekte. Optimizacija izbora i alokacija građevinskih mašina se postiže jasnim definisanjem funkcije cilja i odgovarajućih uslova ograničenja uz zadovoljenje preferencija donosioca odluke, u ovom slučaju investitora. Kako je osnovni cilj izbor građevinske mehanizacije koja će osigurati da će se razmatrani projekti izvesti u zahtevanom roku, a uz istovremeno zadovoljenje tehničko-tehnoloških zahteva i planiranog budžeta, za pronalazak optimalnog rešenja ovog problema primenjeno je fuzzy linearno programiranje u slučaju rasplinutosti same kriterijumske funkcije i koeficijenata uz ograničenja. Uzimanjem u obzir pet različitih projekata sa različitim količinama zemljanih radova kao i predloženi okvirni budžet postavljeni problem je rešen tako što su izabrana četiri bagera, dva utovarivača, osam kamiona kipera, dva dozera i jedan skreper. Sa ovako defiisanom kombinacijom ostvareni budžet iznosi dva miliona i trista-četrdeset hiljada evra, a stepen zadovoljenja zahteva je 0,7.
AB  - The aim of this research is selection and allocation of earthmoving equipment on construction projects. Construction companies often encounter this problem in practice when they bid for the large construction projects. Selection optimization and allocation of construction equipment is achieved by clearly defining the target function and all relevant conditions of restrictions, together with ensuring that interests of the decision- maker, in this case Employer, preferences are met. Bearing in mind that main objective during the process of selection of construction equipment is to ensure timely completion of all projects considered, while at the same time technical-technological requirements and planned budget are satisfied, in order to find an optimal solution to the aforementioned problem, fuzzy linear programming was applied in the case of the fuzzy criterion function itself and the coefficients with restrictions. Taking into account five different construction projects, all with different quantities of earthworks, as well as the proposed general budget, the problem was solved by selecting four excavators, two loaders, eight dump trucks, two bulldozers and one scrapper. With aforementioned choice, the achieved budget amounts to two million and three hundred-forty thousand euros, with the level of satisfaction of the request is 0.7

AB  - The construction project management (CPM) is very important and large segment of entire project management (PM). Realisation of construction projects is usually long term process which requests significant financial, material, human and other resources to fulfil contracted obligations and achieve a good quality of works. Therefore, making good decisions with the satisfaction of various criteria is one of the main conditions to achieve planed business objectives and finish the project in contracted time with good quality. This paper proposes a new procedure for determination of the weights of criteria and alternatives in the Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) with trapezoidal fuzzy number using a new method for finding eigenvelues and eigenvectors of the criteria and alternatives, which is based on expected values of the fuzzy numbers and their products. Local and global fuzzy weights of the alternatives are determined using linear programming. In the paper a formula for ranking fuzzy numbers by reduced generalized fuzzy mean is also proposed, since ranking by the coefficient of variation is not always reliable. In the presented case study, applying proposed method, from imprecise input data are obtained enough accurate and useful results for rational ranking of alternatives related to the project realization.

AB  - U ovome radu je prikazan model integrisanog informacionog sistema za planiranje i kontrolu realizacije građevinskog projekta. Za predloženi sistem je prikazan model podataka. Na osnovu izabranog modela podataka vrši se strukturiranje svih podataka za sve aplikacije koje se koriste unutar sistema, razmena podataka i informacija između aplikacija unutar sistema kao i razmena podataka sa drugim aplikacijama, izvan sistema, na osnovu međunarodno usvojenih standarda. 
Informacioni  sistem  razvijen je u programskom paketu Oracle.
AB  - In this paper integrated information system for planning and control of project realization in construction industry is analyzed. For proposed system data model is presented. Data model has impact on data structure for all applications that are used in system, exchange of data inside the system and exchange of data between system and its environment, based on international standard.
Information system is realized in Oracle database management system.

AB  - The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has found wide application for multicriteria decision making (MCDM) in various areas. In the paper is given a short survey of the AHP application for decision making in the construction industry and realisation of construction projects. Authors have proposed a method based on the eigenvalue and eigenvector of the fuzzy comparison matrices for determination of local and global priorities of decision alternatives. These eigenvalues are determined using expected values of fuzzy numbers and their products. These fuzzy eigenvalues and eigenvectors are in further procedure applied for ranking the alternatives. Comparing the final ranks of alternatives, obtained according to proposed method and some other methods, the authors found good agreement. The fuzzy AHP, in comparison with ABP with crisp numbers, gives more complete, flexible and realistic results. A case study of the optimal selection of the structural system for a large industrial hall is presented in the paper.

AB  - The choice of objects for maintenance and reconstruction using Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method will be presented in this paper. This method, as one of the efficient methods for multicriteria decision making (MCDM), will be shortly described. Since in these and other similar problems, relevant input data and parameters are usually imprecise and could not be exactly determined, they are expressed in this work by triangular fuzzy numbers. The authors have developed corresponding computer program according to given procedure, that has been used several times in the practice, and one example of choice of bridge structures based on a risk assessment during exploitation, will be presented in the paper.

AB  - U ovome radu se prikazuje procedura određivanja pouzdanosti, raspoloživosti i očekivanih radnih
učinaka sistema građevinskih mašina za izvođenje građevinskih radova (betonski radovi, zemljani radovi,
radovi u steni, asfalterski radovi i dr.). Ulazni parametri, u koje spadaju intenziteti otkaza i opravki, kao i
radni učinci se tretiraju kao slučajne i rasplinute (fuzzy) veličine i izražavaju pomoću fuzzy trouglastih
brojeva. Za slučaj nezavisnih otkaza sa ovim fuzzy parametrima određuju se raspoloživost i očekivani radni
učinci sistema mašina, kao i karakteristična srednja trajanja ciklusa sistema u radu i u otkazu. Prema
prikazanoj metodologiji je napisan odgovarajući računarski program i jedan primer, koji se odnosi na sistem
mašina za spravljanje, transport i ugrađivanje betona na gradilištu je priložen u ovom radu.

Database for management of concrete batch plant work

AB  - A relational database that is designed and implemented for use in one concrete batch plant, with maximal production 30 m3/h, is presented in this paper. The database is developed using programming package Microsoft Access 2007 on the base of the data model which is described detailly in the work. Although the database is implemented for a smaller concrete batch plant, the proposed data model is enough complex and should be used in middle size concrete batch plants. The database is tested and introduced to a job and currently successfully uses in one concrete batch plant.
AB  - U ovom radu je prikazana relaciona baza podataka koja je projektovana i realizovana za korišćenje u okviru jedne fabike betona sa maksimalnom proizvodnjom od 30 m3/h. Baza je razvijena korišćenjem programskog paketa Microsoft Access 2007. U radu je detaljno prikazan model podataka na osnovu koga je baza razvijena. Iako je baza realizovana za manju fabriku betona, predloženi model podataka je dovoljno kompleksan, tako da se može koristiti i u fabrikama betona srednje veličine. Baza podataka je testirana, puštena u rad i trenutno se uspešno koristi u jednoj fabrici betona.

Application of modified fuzzy TOPSIS method for multicriteria decisions in civil engineering

AB  - In this paper is presented and applied one fuzzy TOPSIS method for the multicriteria ranking of objects for reconstruction and maintenance. At the beginning is given short review on the genesis and development of this method and described a TOPSIS procedure with crisp input data that constitute a decision matrix and weights of criteria. This procedure is illustrated by one simple numerical example. The necessity of presentation of these parameters as triangular fuzzy numbers due to impossibility of their precise determination or assessment in the practice. The exact expressions for the determination of these products of the decision matrix and weights coefficients as triangular fuzzy numbers, that authors of this paper are derived earlier, are given in the paper. For every alternative (the object) these parameters are assumed as random fuzzy numbers for which are determined generalised expected values, variances and standard deviations. From the normalised matrix of the expected values are determined expected ideal positive and ideal negative values. For every alternative are determined generalized expected distances and relative closenesses to the ideal positive and ideal negative solution. The ranking of alternatives is performed according to these values. Mathematical expressions for coefficients of investments distribution on the alternatives (objects) are proposed in the work. One example of ranking of the bridge structures according to the risk is given at the end of the work and formulated corresponding conclusions.
AB  - U ovom radu predlaže se i primenjuje jedan modifikovani rasplinuti TOPSIS metod za višekriterijumsko rangiranje objekata za rekonstrukciju i održavanje. Na početku se daje kratak osvrt na nastanak i razvoj ovog metoda i opisuje se TOPSIS procedura s fiksnim (nerasplinutim) ulaznim podacima koji sačinjavaju matricu odlučivanja i težinske koeficijente kriterijuma. Ova procedura se ilustruje jednim jednostavnim brojčanim primerom. Objašnjava se neophodnost prikazivanja ovih parametara - kao trougaonih rasplinutih brojeva - zbog nemogućnosti njihovog preciznog određivanja ili procenjivanja u praksi. U radu se daju tačni izrazi, koje su autori ranije izveli, za određivanje proizvoda elemenata matrice odlučivanja i težinskih koeficijenata kao trougaonih rasplinutih brojeva. Ovi parametri za svaku alternativu (objekat) tretiraju se kao slučajne rasplinute veličine, za koje se određuju tačne generalisane očekivane vrednosti, varijanse i standardne devijacije. Iz normalizovane matrice očekivanih vrednosti određuju se očekivana idealna pozitivna i očekivana idealna negativna rešenja. Za svaku alternativu određuju se generalisane očekivane distance i relativne bliskosti ovim rešenjima, kao i odgovarajuće varijanse i koeficijenti varijacije. Alternative se rangiraju prema ovim vrednostima. U radu se predlažu izrazi za sračunavanje koeficijenta raspodele investicionih sredstava na (alternative) objekte. Na kraju, dat je jedan primer rangiranja mostovskih konstrukcija u odnosu na rizik i formulisani su odgovarajući zaključci.

AB  - Information system for planning and control of project realization in construction industry is analyzed in the paper. Application of information technology in the construction industry is emphasized at the beginning of this paper. Special attention is paid for the application of information technology during making decision in the construction industry. The necessity for information system for planning and control of project realization in this industry is emphasized. Process and data models are described. The future developments of this information system are presented.
AB  - U ovom radu je prikazan informacioni sistem za planiranje i kontrolu realizacije projekata u građevinarstvu. Na početku rada ukazano je na značaj primene informacionih tehnologija u građevinarstvu. Naročita pažnja je posvećena primeni informacionih tehnologija prilikom donošenja odluka u građevinskoj proizvodnji. Istaknuta je neophodnost postojanja informacionog sistema za planiranje i kontrolu realizacije građevinskih projekata. Ukazano je na pravce daljeg razvoja takvog informacionog sistema.

AB  - The time-cost optimization of a construction project, as related to the costs of its activities and the total project realization costs, is considered in this paper. Direct and indirect costs, durations of all activities, project realization time, and relations between activities, are taken into account. The particle swarm optimisation method is applied for solving this nonlinear problem. The authors adjusted this method for the time-cost optimization, and developed for that purpose an appropriate computer programme in the scope of the MATLAB programming system.

The purpose of this paper is to present one modification of the fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and to develop a corresponding computer program which could be used for the multicriteria decision making for problems in practice.

Design/methodology/approach
This method is based on the uncertainties and probabilities of input data for ratings of alternatives with respect to criteria and weights of criteria that are presented by triangular fuzzy numbers as probabilistic fuzzy values. These input data are transformed in the procedure into output data that are relevant for the ranking of alternatives and decision making.

Findings
The proposed method is based on the generalized mean and spread of fuzzy numbers that are calculated according to probability of fuzzy events due to Zadeh. Ranking of alternatives for relevant criteria performs according to relative expected closeness, coefficient of variation and relative standard deviation of distance of alternatives to the ideal solutions. The most acceptable rule is related to the minimal value of the expected relative distance to positive ideal solution, especially when the coefficient of variation of distance to this solution is small. The attached example, related to a real project, confirms these findings.

Originality/value
This paper proposes three novel contributions in this area. Unlike the methods proposed by other authors, the weighted fuzzy decision matrix is expressed by the matrix of generalized expected values and matrix of generalized variances. To compute elements of these two matrices, exact formulae are derived and then the modified fuzzy TOPSIS procedure is carried out.

AB  - One method for solving multiple criteria fractional goal programming problem is proposed in this paper. In this method are introduced deviational variables that express increases or decreases of objective functions related to their given goals. The fractional objective functions are transformed to unfractional ones that contains deviational variables. An auxiliary objective function, which contains deviational variables only, is formulated and the problem is solved as a nonlinear or linear program. One example related to the optimal program of production in some production plant is presented in the paper.
AB  - U ovom radu se predlaže jedan postupak za rešavanje problema mutikriterijumskog razlomačkog ciljnog programiranja. Uvode se devijacione promenljive koje izražavaju povećanje ili smanjenje funkcija kriterijuma u odnosu na definisane ciljeve koji se žele postići. Funkcije cilja transformišu se u obične funkcije ograničenja koje sadrže devijacione promenljive. Formuliše se pomoćna funkcija kriterijuma koja sadrži samo devijacione promenljive i problem rešava kao zadatak nelinearnog ili linearnog programiranja. U radu je urađen jedan primer za određivanje optimalnog programa proizvodnje.

AB  - Project realization includes a lot of participants and information. Collecting and storing a huge amount of information is not an easy process. Integrated system for project management can make the process of collecting and storing information easier. The result of this system is more efficient and effective process of project management. This kind of system permits access and usage of information by all of participants in project realization and includes many applications that can be used in various phases in project realization. In this paper information system for planning and control of project realization in construction industry is analyzed. The necessity for this system is emphasized. Process and data models are described. Information system is realized in Oracle Database management.

AB  - U ovom radu je prikazan jedan najnoviji postupak za optimizaciju kontinualnih funkcija sa i bez ograničenja koji spada u stohastičke heurističke metode, odnosno u tzv. metode inteligencije rojeva. Postupak je matematički i algoritamski veoma jednostavan i može se uspešno primeniti za rešavanje velilkog broja problema nelinearne optimizacije sa i bez ograničenja. U radu je predložen postupak za tretman ograničenja i napisan odgovarajući kompjuterskji program. Na kraju je na jednom primeru optimizacije armiranobetonskog nosača prikazana primena ove metode i izvršeno upoređenje sa rezultatima dobijenim primenon genetskog algoritma.
AB  - This paper presents one of the latest procedures for the optimization of continuous functions with and without restrictions, which belongs to stochastic heuristic methods, that is, to the so-called swarm intelligence methods. The procedure is mathematically and algorithmically very simple and can be successfully applied to solve a large number of nonlinear optimization problems with and without constraints. The paper proposed a procedure for the treatment of constraints and wrote a corresponding computer program. At the end, the application of this method was shown on an example of the optimization of a reinforced concrete support and a comparison was made with the results obtained using the genetic algorithm.

AB  - In this work is presented one newer method for optimization of continuous functions which belongs to the heuristic stochastic methods, i.e. to the methods of so called swarm intelligence. This method is mathematically and algorithmically very simple and might be applied successfully for solving a large number of nonlinear optimization problems with and without constraints. One proposal for treatment of constraints in this method is proposed in the paper and a computer program is written according to the described procedure. The method is illustrated by two examples, where one concerns to the optimization of a reinforced concrete beam with minimum costs as a objective function. Results obtained by this method are compared with the results obtained by the genetic algorithm and with the exact solution according to the Korush-Kuhn-Tucker theory. The differences between results obtained by this and exact method are negligible, so this method is very recomendable for solving big number of practical problems. .
AB  - U ovome radu je prikazana jedan noviji postupak za optimizaciju kontinualnih funkcija sa i bez ograničenja koji spada u stohastičke heurističke metode, odnosno u tzv. metode inteligencije rojeva. Postupak je matematički i algoritamski veoma jednostavan i može se uspešno primeniti za rešavanje velikog broja problema nelinearne optimizacije sa i bez ograničenja. U radu je predložen postupak za tretman ograničenja i napisan odgovarajući kompjuterski program. Postupak je ilustrovan sa dva primera, od kojih se jedan odnosi na optimizaciju armiranobetonskog nosača. Izvršeno je upoređenje rezultata dobijenih ovom metodom sa rezultatima dobijenim primenom gentskog algoritma i sa egzaktnim rešenjima na bazi teorije Koruša-Kuna-Takera. Razlike između rešenja dobijenog ovom metodom u odnosu na tačno rešenje su zanemarljive, zbog čega je ovaj metod veoma preporučljiv za rešavanje mnogih praktičnih problema. .

abstract = "In this work is presented one newer method for optimization of continuous functions which belongs to the heuristic stochastic methods, i.e. to the methods of so called swarm intelligence. This method is mathematically and algorithmically very simple and might be applied successfully for solving a large number of nonlinear optimization problems with and without constraints. One proposal for treatment of constraints in this method is proposed in the paper and a computer program is written according to the described procedure. The method is illustrated by two examples, where one concerns to the optimization of a reinforced concrete beam with minimum costs as a objective function. Results obtained by this method are compared with the results obtained by the genetic algorithm and with the exact solution according to the Korush-Kuhn-Tucker theory. The differences between results obtained by this and exact method are negligible, so this method is very recomendable for solving big number of practical problems. ., U ovome radu je prikazana jedan noviji postupak za optimizaciju kontinualnih funkcija sa i bez ograničenja koji spada u stohastičke heurističke metode, odnosno u tzv. metode inteligencije rojeva. Postupak je matematički i algoritamski veoma jednostavan i može se uspešno primeniti za rešavanje velikog broja problema nelinearne optimizacije sa i bez ograničenja. U radu je predložen postupak za tretman ograničenja i napisan odgovarajući kompjuterski program. Postupak je ilustrovan sa dva primera, od kojih se jedan odnosi na optimizaciju armiranobetonskog nosača. AB  - Strategies for information technology application on construction project are analyzed in this paper. Construction industry and construction firms are specific, so strategies have to correspond to them. Planning problems, organizational problems and problems of development and management are defined and analyzed. Summary of current strategies for information technology application in construction firms is presented.
AB  - U ovom radu se razmatra strategija primena informacionih tehnologija na građevinskom projektu. Zbog specifičnosti građevinske proizvodnje i građevinskih preduzeća detaljno su opisani osnovni aspekti strategije primene informacionih tehnologija u građevinarstvu. Pri tome su definisani i objašnjeni problemi planiranja, organizacioni problemi kao i problemi razvoja i upravljanja. Dat je i prikaz važećih strategija uvođenja informacionih tehnologija u građevinsku firmu koje se mogu naći u svetskoj literaturi.
