Wastewater treatment of Obrenovac Municipality

AB  - This paper presents technical solution of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) for the city of Obrenovac. The results of wastewater quantity and quality measurements at the existing outlet in the Kolubara River were analyzed, design criteria for WWTP were determined and process flowchart was defined. Sizing of plant facilities was carried out followed by detailed hydraulic calculations. Total investments for new wastewater transport and treatment facilities are estimated, as well as fixed and variable operational costs.
