AB  - Cilj ovog istraživanja je prikupljanje, obrada i statistička analiza rezultata ispitivanja uzoraka betonskih kocki koji su ispitani u Laboratoriji za materijale Građevinskog fakulteta u Beogradu prema standardu SRPS ISO 4012:2000 u periodu od 2012. do 2017. godine. Za potrebe analize, preuzeti su podaci iz Izveštaja o ispitivanju kontrolnih betonskih kocki, prepoznate su i klasifikovane osnovne karakteristike očvrslog betona. Izvršena je statistička analiza datuma betoniranja, starosti uzoraka, sastava betona, zapreminske mase, čvrstoće  pri  pritisku, zahtevane marke betona itd. Statistika je pokazala da su najčešće upotrebljavani cementi sledećih oznaka: CEM II A-M (V-L), CEM II A-M (S-L), CEM II A-S, a da najveće učešće imaju marke betona MB 30 sa 66,8% i MB 40 sa 14,3% udela.

AB  - This paper presents results of the study conducted on five series of Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) made with different mineral fillers. Beside the reference series, made with limestone powder as mineral filler, three series were made with 50% of mass replacement of limestone powder with ground recycled concrete, and one made with 50% of mass replacement of limestone powder with fly ash. Slump flow, time t500, density, and temperature were tested on fresh series, while compressive strength and water permeability were tested on hardened concrete. All of the series showed acceptable properties, providing a positive impulse for use of industrial byproducts as mineral fillers for SCC production.

AB  - The theme of the presented investigation was the investigation of the properties of one special type of concrete, Self-compacting concrete (SCC), which can be regarded as a product of extrapolation of superplasticizer use concept, towards the obtaining concrete of fluid consistency, but prone to segregation. Within this paper, results of investigation conducted on eleven SCC mixtures, made with different mineral additions, are presented. These mixtures are: reference SCC mixture with limestone filler as addition, three mixtures with partial replacement of limestone filler with fly ash, three mixtures with partial replacement of limestone filler with ground recycled concrete, and four SCC mixtures with the partial replacement of limestone filler with ground sulfur. The results of investigation of physical and mechanical properties of these mixtures are included in the paper together with the conclusion regarding the change of the mentioned properties with the parameter – the used mineral addition. In fresh state, following properties were investigated: density, slump flow, L-box test, V-funnel test, segregation resistance. In hardened state investigations included: compressive strength, “pull-off” strength, flexural strength, ultrasonic pulse velocity and dynamic modulus of elasticity. Increasing the amount of resources available for the preparation of SCC mixtures, with a positive environmental impact – reduction of these materials in landfills, can be considered as two main positive effects that should arise from the presented research.

AB  - The investigation of recycling waste concrete as recycled aggregate for production of new concrete gave positive results in many cases. Sources from literature indicate that the finest, powder component of recycled concrete can be successfully used, also. The paper presents the results of the fresh properties of self-compacting concrete (SCC), made with the addition of three different fillers (originated from ground waste/recycled concrete). Besides the reference, made with the limestone filler, three more SCC mixtures were made, containing 50% of ground recycled concrete in relation to the total mass of the mineral filler. The study included investigation of the following properties: density, slump flow, slump flow time (t500), V-funnel flow time (tv), the ratio of the heights in L-box test, sieve segregation resistance and the content of entrained air. Generally, all the SCC mixtures with ground recycled concrete filler showed a very similar behavior in fresh state.

AB  - Prema projektu, za unutrašnje oblaganje kupole Spomen hrama svetog Save predviđena je izrada mozaika. U radu su prikazani rezultati ispitivanja osnovnih fizičko-mehaničkih svojstava materijala, odabranih kao podloga za postavljanje mozaika: dve vrste reparaturnih maltera i jedna vrsta lepka proizvođača „Mapei“, Italija. Posebna pažnja posvećena je ispitivanjima adhezije predmetnih materijala za betonsku podlogu, korišćenjem „Pull-off“ metode. Ispitivanja su vršena, kako u laboratoriji, tako i na probnim poljima izvedenim unutar kupole hrama. Osim na pojedinačnim materijalima, ispitivanja su vršena i na višeslojnim sistemima odabranim od strane Projektanta, u svemu prema propisanim tehničkim uslovima.

AB  - Characterization of concrete with the aid of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) is a useful segment of the correlation analysis between formed structure and the physical and mechanical properties of these composites. Use of fly ash in our construction industry is a modern theme, due to the ecological impact and also, due to the positive effects in physical and mechanical properties of the composites with fly ash. Results of investigation of Self-Compacting Concrete – SCC with mineral addition of fly ash with accent on their microstructure are presented in the paper. Analyzed components of the microstructure included: porosity, interface transition zone (ITZ), quality of cement matrix and the other relevant properties. Results of these investigations showed improvement of the microstructure of SCC with fly ash, due to pozzolanic reaction of fly ash.

AB  - У првом делу рада приказују се могући начини добијања бетона високих чврстоћа. AB  - Rad obuhvata teorijska razmatranja vezana za karakteristike svežeg i ocvrslog betona u
funkciji strukture betonske mešavine kao i strukture ocvrslog betona. Ove strukture se
razmatraju sa stanovišta poznatih činjenica vezanih za hidrataciju cementa i njenog uticaja
na strukturu betona, ali i u funkciji vrste cementa, prisustva zgure i superplastifikatora. Isto
tako, data je i iscrpna analiza osnovnih svojstava svežeg i ocvrslog betona u zavisnosti od
termohigrometrijskih parametara.
U okviru eksperimentalnih istraživanja tretirani su kako betoni spravljeni na bazi čistog
portland cementa, tako i oni spravljeni sa dodatkom zgure. Isto tako, kod pojedinih betona
bio je prisutan i superplastifikator. Pri ovim ispitivanjima su u prvih 7 dana varirane tri
temperature betona i ambijenta (10°C, 20°C i 30°C) pri neprimenjenoj relativnoj vlažnosti
sredine (cca 100%). Nakon toga uzorci betona su negovani u laboratorijskim uslovima pri
relativnoj vlažnosti od cca 55-60%, i na temperaturi T = 20 ± 2°C, do vremena ispitivanja
od 28 dana. Kod svih betonskih mešavina konzistencija svežeg betona održavana
konstantnom i pripadala je klasi tekuće konzistencije. Pri ovome je za različite vrste betona
i za različite temperature varirana masa vode, tj. masa tečne faze (voda +
superplastifikator), da bi se postigla ista konzistencija.
Na bazi izvršenih ispitivanja zaključeno je da se konzistencija svežeg betona značajno
menja u zavisnosti od temperature ambijenta i od sastava betona, u prvom redu od vrste
cementa i prisustva superplastifikatora, pri сети je ova primena najviše izražena и prvih
10-15 minuta. Ispitivanja na očvrslom betonu (čvrstoća, brzina ultrazvuka, dinamički
modul), pak, pokazala su takode zavisnost svojstava betona od prisustva zgure i
superplastifikatora, naročito и odnosu na režim nege betona - termohigrometrijski
parametar. Zaključeno je da je и ovom smislu pored temperature, od posebnog uticaja
prisustvo zgure и betonu i da betoni spravljeni uz ovaj dodatak imaju veoma razliòite
karakteristike и odnosu na betone sa čistim portland cementom.
