This paper presents a numerical study of the dynamic response of 3D structure subjected to a vertical moving load using substructure approach in the frequency domain. The dynamic system consists of two substructures, the unbounded soil region and the 3D structure. The soil is considered as an elastic, homogeneous and isotropic half-space. The impedance functions of the soil, as well as the dynamic response of the half-space to a moving vehicle are determined using the Integral Transform Method (ITM). The vertical vibrations of the structure are calculated using the Spectral Element Method. Based on this theoretical consideration, the numerical analysis is carried out and the obtained results are presented.en
