dc.description.abstractCilj ovog istraživanja je izbor i alokacija mehanizacije na građevinskim projektima. Sa ovim problemom često se susreću građevinske firme u praksi kada konkurišu za velike građevinske projekte. Optimizacija izbora i alokacija građevinskih mašina se postiže jasnim definisanjem funkcije cilja i odgovarajućih uslova ograničenja uz zadovoljenje preferencija donosioca odluke, u ovom slučaju investitora. Kako je osnovni cilj izbor građevinske mehanizacije koja će osigurati da će se razmatrani projekti izvesti u zahtevanom roku, a uz istovremeno zadovoljenje tehničko-tehnoloških zahteva i planiranog budžeta, za pronalazak optimalnog rešenja ovog problema primenjeno je fuzzy linearno programiranje u slučaju rasplinutosti same kriterijumske funkcije i koeficijenata uz ograničenja. Uzimanjem u obzir pet različitih projekata sa različitim količinama zemljanih radova kao i predloženi okvirni budžet postavljeni problem je rešen tako što su izabrana četiri bagera, dva utovarivača, osam kamiona kipera, dva dozera i jedan skreper. Sa ovako defiisanom kombinacijom ostvareni budžet iznosi dva miliona i trista-četrdeset hiljada evra, a stepen zadovoljenja zahteva je 0,7.sr
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is selection and allocation of earthmoving equipment on construction projects. Construction companies often encounter this problem in practice when they bid for the large construction projects. Selection optimization and allocation of construction equipment is achieved by clearly defining the target function and all relevant conditions of restrictions, together with ensuring that interests of the decision- maker, in this case Employer, preferences are met. Bearing in mind that main objective during the process of selection of construction equipment is to ensure timely completion of all projects considered, while at the same time technical-technological requirements and planned budget are satisfied, in order to find an optimal solution to the aforementioned problem, fuzzy linear programming was applied in the case of the fuzzy criterion function itself and the coefficients with restrictions. Taking into account five different construction projects, all with different quantities of earthworks, as well as the proposed general budget, the problem was solved by selecting four excavators, two loaders, eight dump trucks, two bulldozers and one scrapper. With aforementioned choice, the achieved budget amounts to two million and three hundred-forty thousand euros, with the level of satisfaction of the request is 0.7sr
