Measurement uncertainty: Concept and procedural steps for quantification
Merna nesigurnost - pojam i proceduralni koraci pri kvantifikaciji
Abstract
The paper presents the procedure for estimation of measurement uncertainty, which is one of basic requirements of standard SRPS ISO/IEC 17025, applied in accredited laboratories for testing and calibrations. The concept of recognizing the uncertainties is defined, as well as the basic principles for its analyses. The procedure of determination of uncertainties is presented in detail, from specification of measurants and definition of sources of uncertainties, to quantification of all the components that can contribute to the entire uncertainty. The procedure is demonstrated on the example of determination of bulk density of asphalt pavement core samples.
U radu je prikazan postupak analize merne nesigurnosti prilikom sprovođenja laboratorijskih merenja, što predstavlja jedan od osnovnih zahteva standarda SRPS ISO/IEC 17025 za akreditovane laboratorije za ispitivanje i etaloniranje. Data je definicija pojma merne nesigurnosti, kao i osnovna načela za njenu analizu. Detaljno je prikazan postupak proračuna merne nesigurnosti, počev od specifikacije mernih veličina i identifikacije izvora nesigurnosti do kvantifikacije komponenata i izračunavanja ukupne merne nesigurnosti. Postupak je ilustrovan na primeru određivanja zapreminske mase uzorka iz izvedenog sloja.
