This paper presents the designed and executed solution for strenghtening existing foundations on business object "Autocentar Stojanovic" in Belgrade for the purpose of constructing 8 additional above ground levels. The existing foundations can accept three additional levels. Therefore, it is necessary to perform strenghtening of the foundations. According to the design strenghtening will be performed with ''MEGA'' piles bellow existing foundation slab. By use of the proposed technology for work execution, all existing works were finished successfully and in given deadline. Additionally, all calculated settlements are in close range with the measured values.
