dc.description.abstractThe realization of large investment projects is an extremely complex undertaking both from technical and technological, as well as the organizational, legal and financial standpoint. Certainly that approach to the realization of such a project depends on a position which the participant has in it, whether the client or general contractor. Of course, other participants such as designers, supervisions etc. have their own specific approach. In any position, that is a participant in the project, for him it is of utmost importance to define the organizational structure of the team that will manage the project from his point of view. In this paper it is analyzed the approach to the formation of General contractor organizational structure for the realization of a large project.sr
