Abstract
This paper analyzes the relation between wheel and rail induced noise regarding the reduction in the total noise emission. Priorities are defined for reduction of noise emission from wheel and rail. It is also pointed out that efficient solution for noise emission requires the cooperation and common strategy of both, vehicle and infrastructure owners, which is based on legislative measures and technical specifications.
U radu se analizira odnos udela buke od točka i šine sa aspekta smanjenja ukupne buke. Definišu se prioriteti za preduzimanje mera za smanjenje emisije buke od točka i šine. Ukazuje se da je za efikasno rešavanje problema buke neophodna saradnja i zajednička strategija vlasnika vozila i vlasnika infrastrukture, zasnovana na jasno definisanoj zakonskoj regulativi i tehničkim standardima.
