The paper emphasizes the specifics of the reconstruction design in comparison to a new railway design. A basic hierarchical pattern in decision making of reconstruction and obligatory provision of design documentation has been defined. The specific requirements of reconstruction of the permanent way are laid out separately. The focus of the paper are the criteria for application of track construction on slabs. The paper defines the particular technical requirements of the individual elements of the permanent way. The problem and potential middle (transitional) solutions of the structure (between a slab track and road bed track) have been pointed out.
U radu se ukazuje na specifičnost projekta rekonstrukcije u odnosu na projekat nove pruge. Definiše se osnovna hijerarhijska šema za donošenje odluke o rekonstrukciji i obavezne faze izrade projektne dokumentacije. Posebno se obrazlažu specifični zahtevi rekonstrukcije gornjeg stroja. Težište rada su kriterijumi za primenu konstrukcije koloseka na čvrstoj podlozi. U radu se definišu tehnički zahtevi po pojedinim elementima gornjeg stroja. Posebno se ukazuje na problem i moguća rešenja prelazne konstrukcije sa koloseka na čvrstoj podlozi na kolosek u tucaničkoj zastornoj prizmi.
